Abstract:
Persistent Linda (PLinda) is a programming environment for writing
fault-tolerant distributed/parallel programs that may be run on networks
of workstations. PLinda is a set of extensions to the Linda parallel
programming model and PLinda/C++ (and Fortran77 respectively) is an
implementation combined with the sequential language C++.
The PLinda User Manual introduces the PLinda model, mechanics of the PLinda
operations, and programming in PLinda/C++ and PLinda/Fortran77.
