Nivedita Ganesh
With a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Chennai Mathematical Institute, India, Nivedita is pursuing her MS-CEI to equip herself with both the technological tools and business acumen required to turn an idea into reality.
Her notably diverse past endeavours include: improving communication between autistic children and their carers using Chomskyan linguistics and natural language processing, marketing for a startup that seeks to financially liberate women, teaching bharatanatyam (a classical Indian dance form) to special needs children, learning common sense knowledge through computational models of cognition to improve human wayfinding, and extending linear dynamic logic over infinite traces.
She is motivated to explore how computer science can be used creatively for social good, in particular for education or wellness.
