Institute of Philosophy of the The Czech Academy of Sciences announces
LOGICA 2021
the 34th in the series of annual international symposia devoted to logic,
to be held at Hejnice, Czech Republic, on
27 September -- 1 October 2021.
Contributions devoted to any of the wide range of logical problems are
welcome except those focused on specialized technical applications.
Particularly welcome are contributions that cover issues interesting both
for philosophically and mathematically oriented logicians.

--COVID-19 ARRANGEMENTS--
We intend to hold the conference live, but we are monitoring the
situation closely. The conference proceedings will be published also
in case the conference will have to be cancelled.
--SUBMISSION AND IMPORTANT DATES--
If you are interested in presenting a paper at the symposium, please submit
a two-page blinded abstract by 15 May 2021. The guidelines for
submissions can be found at
http://logika.flu.cas.cz/logica
Notifications will be sent out in mid-July.
--FEES--
The fee for the symposium is 450 EUR for participants and 320 EUR for
accompanying persons. The fee covers full board and lodging at Hejnice
Monastery during the conference, the conference coach from Prague to
Hejnice and back, and (for participants) a copy of the postproceedings
volume.
Scholars from countries with underfunded academic institutions are invited
to apply for a reduction of the conference fee. Those who wish to apply for
the reduction should explicitly state so when submitting their abstract,
which should be extended to four pages.
--PROCEEDINGS--
The Logica post-proceedings volumes are published in The Logica Yearbook
series (College Publications). The Logica Yearbook 2021 is expected to be
published in mid-2022.
