[FOM] Herb Enderson

I worked with Herb at the JSL reviews offices at UCLA in the late  
70's, and we and our families were friends.  He was an extraordinarily  
kind person and a brilliant logician and teacher. He very patiently  
but firmly guided me through the rigors of his editorial methods  
(inherited from Church).  I had not known of his illness until now.   
He will be greatly missed.  Harry Deutsch
