FOM moderation

Dear FOM subscribers:

Martin Davis has recently stepped down as moderator of the FOM list. Martin
has done a tremendous job of moderation over the years for which we are all
grateful. Sam Buss is taking over the moderation, in consultation with the
Editorial Board.
