[FOM] First edition of The Russell-Whitehead Principia

Thanks to all who replied, tho' we are still in the market for more info:  
all the news is of copies of the second edition and we still haven't 
learned of a copy of the first edition.   Perhaps we should extend our 
search to the second edition.  But that is definitely for later...
