Ed Mares, Pierluigi Miraglia, David Pym, Charles Stewart and Bill Tait have
all kindly responded to my call for information on propositional logics
between intuitionistic and classical.  Many thanks to all: I now have a
wealth of references and precious little hope left that my idea for
generating a completeness proof without a clearly defined semantics can be
made to work.
