-- Active vision uses ``actuated computer vision'' to acquire images, using feedback loops.
-- Many ill-posed problems of traditional ``passive'' computer vision becomes well-posed in active vision
-- Active solutions are more efficient than passive ones.

But there can be connections in some problems:
-- In visualization, we may wish to produce automatic foveations and choice of projections: computer vision techniques would be useful here.
