Notes:

The html files are taken from 1998 lectures,
	but somehow, hyperlatex no longer works,
	and I cannot reproduce them.  Hence these
	files MUST be preserved as is.

Also, the html files in 1998 somehow contains an "unprintable character"
	that on vi/gvim shows up as "~A".  This cause browser
	displays to show a funny character.  How to get rid of them?
	See ~/prog/editors/vimNotes.  Trick is to use ":source! filename"
	of vim.
