Basic Algorithms: Announcement

1. Your T.A. is Archisman Rudra. Please go to the class schedule for his contact information. Also note the office hours (and room where it takes place).
2. For this and the next week, we will go over basic mathematical preliminaries, asymptotic notations and solving recurrences.

3. Recitation: this begins tomorrow. A gentle introduction to Java will begin! Homework 1 will be out for the first recitation class.
