                       java.util.Vector NeighborsOfCurrentNode)

Parameters:

killAnt - Set to true in order to kill the Ant.

NeighborsOfCurrentNode - Set empty if the Ant was not allowed to ask this query. Otherwise there should be at least one Location and not more than four.
