Dennis,

No, we don't have such a thing set up. The problem is that people
on the network like to look for such things then use them to
share things they shouldn't be sharing (pirated software, porn,
etc..), so we discourage the practice. Of course, the proper
approach would be for them to pick stuff up at our site, and 
you to pick things up from theirs. 

The one thing I can offer is that you set up a directory under
your ftp directory (/usr/ftp/pub/local/shasha----/pub/local/shasha
to the anonymous ftp'er) and make that world writeable, then change
the permissions once the goods have been delivered.
