Text is set 10.7/15.8 Minion x 23p3 width. With chapters opening as  

spreads, this casts off at 288-304 pages.

The authors indicated they liked the typeface Cambria which seems to  
be a Microsoft system font. Instead, I used Minion which is a very  
close match for it, with a good heft to the letter forms. The display  
is set in Lisboa & Minion Italic.

Layouts show the following elements:

- title spread
- part opener
- part text opener
- text spread w. numbered list
- chapter opener spread
- full text spread with art & caption
- full text spread with space break and Box text
- text with equation, C Head, extract & D Heads
- Backmatter settings for timeline & notes

I've keyed the LOs as there are so many elements.
