Notes for Wednesday February 3 class -- Introductory lecture

You should be able to access the recorded lecture through NYU Classes. If you have any problems, please let me know.

Homework, due before class on Wednesday September 9:

  • Create your NYU website -- instructions are on course page

    • Make a subfolder called graphics/

  • Send me an email at: perlin AT cs DOT nyu DOT edu

    • The subject line should just be the all-caps word: GRAPHICS

    • The contents of the email should be:

      • The URL of your website for this course;

      • Anything relevant you care to share about your background, interests, experience. For example, are you interested in computer games, music, architecture, physics, making movies?

      • What you hope to get out of this course, including specific topics you'd like to learn about.
