Our proposal is the business website of the Evil Villanous International League (E.V.I.L.) . We are organization devoted to evil works and world domination. We offer acknowledgement to those who wish to join our Organization.

Our site will feature:

Main page with intoduction to E.V.I.L., and scrolling brainwash messages to convert more followers to E.V.I.L.
E.V.I.L. store, buy weapons, gadget, *How To* Books to make you the E.V.I.L. person that you are on the inside in your spare time, and various E.V.I.L. paraphenaliaa.
E.V.I.L. stock options and their past performance.
E.V.I.L. giving advice from our senior member to those who one day hope to join the E.V.I.L. organization.
E.V.I.L. enemy list, featurinf, but not limited to 007, Austin Powers, Superman,etc.
E.V.I.L. ally list, featuring, Dr. Evil, the Joker, Bill Gates, etc.
E.V.I.L. business proposals for world domination with illustrated steps and concepts.
E.V.I.L. plots in your everyday life (e.g. George W. Bush).
Join E.V.I.L. section.

We will use: Java, Javascript, HTML, Flash, CGI/perl, Microsoft Acess, and whatever else we find useful.
