Ikebana, not to be confused with bonsai the practice of arresting the normal growth of defenceless flora, is the mild art of arranging flowers, leaves and other available material.
I have trained in the Ohara
school (style) of Ikebana and I am a certified ikebana instructor.
It is a time consuming and an expensive passion - it really
does not fit well into a graduate school schedule and budget.
As a sampler, here are some of my ``refereed'' (1 & 2) and ``invited''
(3 & 4) works!
