I am a PhD student in the systems lab at NYU advised by Professor Anirudh Sivaraman. My interests are in networking and distributed tracing. Before coming to NYU I graduated with high honors in computer science and cognitive science at Swarthmore College.
I am currently an intern at Google for the summer of 2022. I work on a distributed SSD cache which uses a machine learning admission policy. In order to make the results of the machine learning parsable by those outside of the cache development team, I export observability data from the cache and analyze it. I work with users to make the behavior of the distributed system comprehensible and optimizable.
