I just heard from the department that it is university policy that even if there is a transit strike, it is business as usual. In particular, I am instructed to give the exam. It is spelled out quite clearly on the NYU home page..

Lab 2. Extend lab 1 to the final alu we constructed (figure 4.18). In particular, a 32-bit alu that now includes sub, slt, zero detect, and overflow as well as the operations from lab 1. It is due 17 November.
