String Quartet. This is labelled "BWV 71" but I think that is a mistake; BWV 71 is the chorale "Gott ist mein König" which doesn't have anything like this as far as I can see. Anyway, this is clearly some version of "Ich ruf zu dir" and it is not BWV 639.
