Department Prizes

Each academic year, a Computer Science selection committee chooses prize winners in the following five categories. Awards are typically presented to students at the Dean's Awards Ceremony scheduled at the end of each spring semester.

Computer Science Prize for Academic Excellence: Awarded to graduating seniors for excellence in Computer Science

Computer Science Prize for Academic Excellence and Service to the Department: Awarded to graduating seniors for excellence in Computer Science and for service to the department

Computer Science Prize for Academic Excellence in the Honors Program: Awarded to graduating seniors for excellence in Computer Science Honors program

Computer Science/Engineering Prize for Academic Excellence: Awarded to graduating seniors in the joint degree program with Stevens Institute for excellence in Computer Science and Engineering

Computer Science Prize for the Most Promising Student in the Junior Year: Awarded to juniors for academic excellence

Prize for Outstanding Performance in Computer Science: Awarded to undergraduate students who have exhibited outstanding performance in Computer Science studies.
