[SMT-LIB] SMT-LIB server down

Hi all,

this is a service announcement about the SMT-LIB server.

The server has been down in the last couple of days because of the  
flooding in Iowa City and the University of Iowa campus.

We expect it to be up later today. However, we might have to shut it  
down again this week until power service is fully operational on  
campus again.
