[SMT-COMP] SMT-COMP 2015 Running

The competition jobs that have been created so far are now publicly
accessible on StarExec, in subspaces of "SMT-COMP 2015/Competition Main
Track". Further jobs will be added as the competition progresses.

Feel free to inspect the data, and please let us know if you notice any
mistakes. Again, all results are preliminary at this point.

The result web pages remain available as well, and we are working on
updating them more frequently.
