Subject: T-shirts / coffee mugs
Dear potential SMT-COMP participant / SMT workshop attendee,

we, the SMT-COMP organizers, would like to inform you that we are
willing to provide this year's SMT-COMP participants with a T-shirt
and (perhaps) coffee mugs, branded with the SMT-COMP'11 logo (see a
preview in the attached picture).

Given the absence of extra-funds to cover the costs, we envisage to
sell this material directly at the competition site. Buying this
"merchandising" is of course absolutely not mandatory, though we
thought it to be a good idea to celebrate and remember the event.

Since we need some time to have the t-shirts printed and delivered,
and since we would like not to order too few or too many of them, we
would like you to express your intention to buy one (or more for your
team) by replying to the organizers (not to the mailing list, to avoid
spamming). Same for coffee mugs. You may also specify your desired
size(s) for t-shirts.


We are not aware of the costs of both items yet, but we reasonably think
that 25$ for a t-shirt+coffee-mug combo would be enough.

(We kindly ask you to reply as soon as possible, given the short time left)

P.S.
The price of booked but not purchased items will have to be covered by
the organizers, so we hope that there will not be booked but unsold
items.
