I have a new manuscript,
 A Lower Bound on the Smallest Repeat Point Using Sigma-2-1

This replaces an earlier manuscript
 Schemes, Ordinal Functions, and Repeat Points
It makes use of the manuscript
 P-Schemes
to simplify the presentation, and achieve a better bound.

A tree representation of the ordinals less than the Bachmann-Howard
ordinal is given.  If anyone knows of such in the literature, please
let me know.
