New volume on Term functors, Ultrafilter categoriical computing, and Monads

Dear colleagues we are happy to announce that a new volume has been at last published now.
The volume was essentially written by December 2018, while we let the volume brew and 
reviewed while my colleague Prof. Patrik Eklund was stucturing his thoughts on how to merge on notations and 
the specifics for the volume on a few chapters.
Our thoughts began to merge five years ago or so on term functors, while I was developing the 
applications on the volume I published 2014 on Functorial model theory and publications on ultrafliters 
with applications to language product and ultraproduct models computability,and Patrik on 
term monads for multi-valued logic applications.
