Call for Proposals: PMA Session at Eastern APA

The PMA will have a session at the Eastern Division Meeting of the American
Philosophical Association. The meeting is January 8-11, 2020, in
Philadelphia. The PMA session will be on Wednesday, January 8.  We are now
asking for proposals for that session.  Details:  The session will be 3
hours long, and proposals should be suited for that length. Examples of
suitable proposals are: a themed panel of three speakers; a focal lecture
with two commentators; an author-meets-critics session.

Proposals should include:
Title of the session; description of the format; names and institutional
affiliation of speakers and of a chair; titles of talks.

Speakers should be contacted and their agreement secured before submitting
the proposal.

Note that although APA rules prohibit a speaker from appearing twice on the
main meeting program, this rule does not apply to group sessions. So a
person can appear both in the PMA session and on the main program of the
APA meeting.

Proposals should be sent by July 26, 2019, to all three of us:
