For those who are not yet aware of it...the book "Reverse Mathematics: Proofs from the Inside Out" by John Stillwell (Princeton University Press) came out earlier this month. I have only briefly browsed it so far, but it looks good. If any FOM subscribers have read it, I am sure that the rest of us would read your review with interest. Tim
