[FOM] A Mereological Foundation of Set Theory

Dear Sirs,

The following is my personal attempt to provide a Mereological 
foundation for set theory. It only adds one axiom scheme for 
set construction on top of the mereological and representation 
axioms, which are fairly natural and simple. I think that this theory 
is consistent and that it interprets Ackerman's class theory.


 An informal record to naturally justify the schema of reflection in this method is provided.
