[FOM] The very bearable EFQ

I had no intention to debate the merits of core logic a topic concerning
which I am quite ignorant. I wish the "core logician" well. My concern was
to indicate that EFQ excites neither fear nor loathing in me, and that I
see it as an example of the peculiar special case that can result from
identifying two variables.
