[FOM] Message from the moderator: location of MCU'15

A letter from FOM subscriber, Mr. Syropoulos complained that the
announcement I had posted about the conference MCU'15 ignored the fact that
its location is in a part of the Cyprus island that was forcibly seized by
Turkish military forces in 1974. Indeed, the "Turkish Republic of Northern
Cyprus" is recognized only by Turkey.
