Dear Colleagues
As I have seen, CURRENTLY, only one book on mathematical logic: Thomas
Piecha, Peter Schroeder-Heister - Editors, "Advances in Proof-Theoretic
Semantics" (The Series: Trends in Logic, vol. 43), is free on Springer
website:
