[FOM] Rules for distinguishing models of S5

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has the unpublished paper by Lloyd Humberstone on using rules, rather than axioms, to distinguish universal models of S5 from those based on a general equivalence relation?


I think it was written in the 1980s.
