[FOM] Alternative foundations?

In "Topoi: the categorial analysis of logic" by Robert Goldblatt, the title 
of the first chapter is "Mathematics = Set Theory?". He tends to think not.

I would imagine Frenkel is thinking of Goldblatt's & related work.
