"Final" only means that there are formatting issues, as ASL will want  
it to conform to their standards.

I am waiting to hear what that involves, and the timetable.

I'm pleased to see that your more recent results are at least stated in
this new introduction.  But I can't help wondering about those scare
quotes around the word "final."  When do you expect the book to actually
roll off the press?
