Would anyone care to comment on "An Open Response to the USPTO --
Physical Aspects of Mathematics"?

It seems to address some subjects fomers are interested in, although it
may be of more interest to computer scientists.

The idea of the supreme court ruling on what is and what is not
mathematics gives me nightmares.
