THIS RESEARCH WAS PARTIALLY SUPPORTED BY THE JOHN TEMPLETON FOUNDATION.

######################################################################

We have discovered a LINEARITY CONDITION that we can use for the well
behavedness, in the ORDER INVARIANT case.

PROPOSITION. Every downward order invariant relation game on N^k has a
strategy which is winning on the k span of some infinite set whose k
blocks are mapped affinely by the strategy.

This posting is a continuation of 429: FInite Games and Incompleteness
2, http://www.cs.nyu.edu/pipermail/fom/2010-June/014827.html

We only present the key new definition, and the new independent
statements.

######################################################################

We say that f:N^k into N^k maps V contained in N^k affinely if and
only if there is an affine transformation T:N^k into N^k such that for
all x in V, f(x) = T(x).

Note that all coefficients of any affine T:N^k into N^k must be
elements of N.

The k blocks of E contained in N are the tuples of the form
(E[i],...,E[i+k-1]).

PROPOSITION 5.1'. Every downward order invariant relation game on N^k
has a strategy which is winning on the k span of some infinite set
whose k blocks are mapped affinely by the strategy.

PROPOSITION 5.2'. Every downward order invariant relation game on N^k
has a strategy which is winning on the k span of some >= k element set
whose k blocks are mapped affinely by the strategy.

PROPOSITION 5.3'. Every downward order invariant relation game on
[k(8k)!!]^k has a strategy which is winning on the k span of the set
{(8k)!!,2(8k)!!,...,k(8k)!!} whose k blocks are mapped affinely by the
strategy.

These Propositions have the same metamathematical status as
Propositions 5.1 - 5.3.
