[FOM] question about Martin

I remember having read in some paper or chapter by D. A. Martin that the following are all the elements he considered well established in set theory: its basic axiomatic underpinnings, the general notion of the stratified universe V, and ‘small’ large cardinals.
Unfortunately I cannot locate the passage again. Can someone offer help finding it? Thanks in advance,
