[FOM] philosophical literature on intuitionism

As for the (crazy, as some say) solipsist background of intuitionism the attached text might be a good (and short) introduction.
It is a chapter from a book "Mathematics and the Divine" (2005) I edited with Luc Bergmans.
Dirk van Dalen's "Mystic, Geometer and Intuitionist, the life of L. E. J. Brouwer, is also an important source on Brouwer.
