[FOM] burden of proof

Dear FOMers,

I wonder if the burden of proof argument (and the reversal of burden)
which is used in the common law as in philosophy has already been a
topic of formal reflection in FOM. I would be happy to know some sketch
on this topic, for example about the realist - anti-realist debate, if
this topic - the burden of proof argument- is considered here as
relevant in FOM, of course.
