[FOM] apology from the moderator

Dear FOMers,

These days the number of crude spam items that turn up in the FOM in-box 
outnumber legitimate posts. It is easy enough for me to delete these, but 
it appears that one item *got away* and was broadcast to you. Unless your 
mailer can deal with the Cyrillic alphabet this Russian piece of junk will 
have seemed to be pure gibberish.

In any case, I apologize for this lapse.
