[FOM] indepence and consistency results of set theory

Dear all,

Is there some 'most recent' overview
of which axioms of set theory (ZFC) are
independent of which other axioms?
Several are very well known, such as
independence of Choice (and CH).
But one easily thinks of all possible
combinations of the axioms.

And the same question for consistency:
all books speak about the famous examples
(Choice and CH) but hardly ever about all
other axioms. (The question about extensionality
prompted this question.)

Much obliged,
