This paper is old, although it does give a good sense of the work of
Hajnal Andréka, István Németi, Judit Madarász, and many others in
Hungary who study relativity theory from a logical point of view.  For
the newest work to come out of this research, check out

The tome "On the logical structure of relativity theories" is a work
in progress.  Most of the material therein is on special relativity,
but these days the group focuses on general relativity.
