[FOM] Potgieter on hypercomputation

Petrus H. Potgieter has posted an interesting paper on hypercomputation
to the Los Alamos ArXiv.

Potgieter considers whether hypercomputers really *compute*, and 
concludes, "Our answer is (cautiously) in the negative."  The paper
should be of interest to people on both sides of the debate.  I've
emailed Potgieter and have taken the liberty of forwarding a copy
of Martin Davis's paper and pointing to the FOM discussion earlier
this year on the topic.
