Problem 18. Limits of intelligence. (Conceptual problem only).

The Model of Hierarchical Complexity (MHC) shows what the limits of
intelligence are at the moment. Theories of complexity have generally not
addressed hierarchical complexity. However, within developmental psychology,
notions of hierarchical complexity have come into being in the last 20
years. See the Website below or email me for the paper the mathematical
version of the paper.
