Insall:
I really like your explanation and categorization here.  To be sure, there
is some ``overspill'' between the four ``worlds''.  For instance, much of
applied mathematics falls in the ``physical/objective'' and
``physical/subjective'' categories, but an organizational chart like the
ones you drew help us sort through the philsophical soup that has been
brewing in this thread.
