[FOM] Unprovability of P=NP?

The work of da Costa and Doria was discussed some
time ago on FOM.  A short paper criticising their
work was written by Ralf Schindler.  It is
available in the Los Alamos preprint archive 
(July 2000).  I expressed my opinion on FOM
that Schindler's critique shows that the work
of da Costa and Doria contains irreparable errors.
I have not heard anything since then that would
change this opinion.
