FOM: Correction to the statement of Thesis 1.

As Silver and Detlefsen (and perhaps others) pointed out, there was a
word missing in my statement of the first thesis [ 1/3/98, 19:06].  Yes,
it's 'conceived'.  To repeat:

1. Mathematics consists in reasoning about more or less clearly and
coherently conceived groups of objects which exist only in our
imagination.

I appreciate the various comments, agreements and disagreements, and hope
to find the time soon to respond adequately.
