Important Information:

OVERNIGHT Check-In: August 2nd from 2pm- 4pm at SHAWNEE HALL


REQUIRED

-All campers must bring a completed Camp Waiver Form to check in, the waiver is available to be printed by following this linkCampers staying in the dorms must also bring:
-$50 Room Key/damage Deposit (Cash only, deposit is returned at end of camp, provided return of room
key and dorm room is in same condition)

-You can pay your

-Any balance due must be paid prior to check-in. No personal checks are accepted at camp, only
cash or money order.


Please Note: the first meal of the day will be dinner so please either pack a lunch or eat before
arriving at camp. Camp ends with Awards ceremony August 5th at 11:30am in the gymnasium followed by check-out at the dorm. Daily Schedule will be posted each morning at the camp, Parents and Coaches are welcome to attend. What should I bring to Camp?

Remember that this is suggested and you can adjust to your own personal needs-
12 pairs sweat socks
1 pair good basketball sneakers
1 pair of sandals or sneakers for walking to and from courts/gyms
7 t-shirts
1 White T-Shirt for Playoffs (You will be given an Orange T-Shirt for playoffs)
4 pairs shorts
1 sweat suit or sweat shirt (June/July/early August Camps)
2 sweat suit or sweat shirts (mid-late August Camps)
2 towels
1 blanket or sleeping bag
2 sheets
1 pillow and pillow case
toiletry articles (including but not limited to soap, toothpaste and brush, deodorant, etc)

 Do not bring your own basketball; we have plenty of our own for camp.


 
***There is NO SWIMMING ALLOWED at camp***

Travel: If you are traveling to camp by plane, train, or bus and require pickup and have not provided us with your travel info, please email your itinerary to info@five-
starbasketball.com
. REMEMBER there is a $40 transportation fee for pickup and drop-off. 


The Camp Store


The canteen (or camp store) sells snacks and drinks as well as Five-Star Merchandise.

Any cash that a camper brings should be checked into the camp store at Check-in! Also at the
canteen your son will be able to check there valuables in is so that they are not at risk to be lost
or stolen.

Parents usually leave an amount between 20 and 50 dollars in the canteen account, but it is up to you on how much you want to leave in your son's account.

Camp meals are included in the fee that you have already paid for

RECRUITING PRESENTATION FOR CAMPERS AND PARENTS


-NCSA will be presenting “College Recruiting Simplified” after registration at 4:30 pm. All
parents are encouraged to attend. NCSA will discuss the “5 things you need to know” and
the “5 things you must do to get recruited”. All athletes who attend this educational session
will have access to a free recruiting website and an evaluation with a NCSA College Basketball
Scout. Location will be posted at Check-in.
