To load the random number generator type RANDOM2 at the command line.
(You must first have the program RANDOM2 on your disk!)
An error message will be displayed if an attempt is made to load
the program more than once.

Once installed all access to it is called through INT 62H.
The only parameter required is an upper bound value placed in AX.
Upon return AX will contain a number between 0 and the calling value minus 1.


    MOV   AX,10
    INT   62H
                                        The number returned in AX is between
                                        0 and 9 inclusively.

    MOV   AX,7
    INT   62H
    ADD   AX,3
                                        The number desired in AX is between
                                        3 and 9 inclusively.
