Dear Class,

Congratulations! One exam down. Who knows how many more to go...

I just wanted to thank you all for a great semester. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching you all. And, I hope that you found the class to be both challenging and rewarding. I also really hope that you will all continue on in CS or IS. This entire field is exploding with new jobs, new technologies, and new opportunities -- so, good luck. And, if I can be of any assistance in the future, please drop me an email or stop by my office anytime.

I will be grading the final exams over the weekend. And, hope to have the final grades by next Tuesday or Wednesday. As soon as I have them, I will submit them to TorchTone (for security reasons, I don't want to post the final grades to the web site.)

I am hoping to give a series of lectures next semester for the IS Society. Most probably, I will redo my Java lecture, but I am also planning a 2-part lecture on "How the Internet Works." If you want to receive notice of these lectures, fill out the form below. Our class mailing list expires at the end of January, but I still very much want to keep in touch.

Take care. Good luck with your remaining exams. And, Happy Holidays!
